Founded by Cheree Kiernan in 2010, ILS is a third-party certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).

Our Leadership

Cheree Kiernan

President and CEO

Cheree provides the overall leadership and strategic vision for the ILS team and is responsible for the implementation and execution of corporate policy, company objectives, and daily operations. She has 22 years of experience in spacecraft, launch vehicle, and ground system development; mission integration; and launch site and range operations. She was awarded Space Coast Woman Engineer of the Year by the Society of Women Engineers in 2012 and is PMP Certified.

Shalerie Brady

VP of Corporate Operations

Shalerie oversees the development and implementation of ILS's business processes and systems to facilitate internal functions including human resources, accounting, legal, quality, and security. Shalerie has over 25 years of experience in enterprise risk management, business system implementation, certifications and audit to support the success of both emerging small businesses and global enterprises.

Chuck Wagner

VP of Program Planning and Execution

Chuck, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed by the State of Florida, has 30 years of experience supporting the design, fabrication, assembly, integration, test, and operation of space vehicles and ground systems for companies such as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, United Space Alliance (USA), Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX), and Moon Express.

Jerry Jamison

Senior Advisor for Launch Operations Management

Jerry served as the Vice President of Launch Operations for United Launch Alliance for six years and successfully integrated the launch services and product lines for ULA’s Atlas V, Delta II, and Delta IV launch vehicles. Jerry provides insight and lessons learned gained over 30 years supporting launch vehicle development, launch site integration and operations.
