Our Leadership

Cheree Kiernan

President and CEO

Cheree provides the overall leadership and strategic vision for the ILS team and is responsible for the implementation and execution of corporate policy, company objectives, and daily operations. She has 27 years of experience in spacecraft, launch vehicle, and ground system development; mission integration; and launch site and range operations. She was awarded Space Coast Woman Engineer of the Year by the Society of Women Engineers in 2012.

Chuck Wagner

VP of Program Planning and Execution

Chuck, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed by the State of Florida, has 35+ years of experience supporting the design, fabrication, assembly, integration, test, and operation of space vehicles and ground systems for companies such as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, United Space Alliance (USA), Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX), and Moon Express.
